Li Xueyong, Executive Vice President of CHERY Automobile Co., Ltd., stated that a true global model should be developed with the global market in mind from the earliest stages of R&D. From the very start of the project, the FENGYUN T7 was designed with the global market in mind, with research into global regulations conducted in advance and alignment with the 2026 E-NCAP standards. Additionally, over 5,000 global users participated in market research, and usage scenarios from 15 representative countries and regions were incorporated into the product definition.

The FENGYUN T7 is equipped with a 65.05 kWh battery, paired with a wide-temperature-range heat pump air conditioning system and a high-voltage PTC system, delivering a maximum CLTC all-electric range of 600 kilometers.
